NVizcayano general fulfills vow for cops

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (April 6)—He made a promise to policemen last year and he fulfilled his promise to improve the camp of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
Police Major General Angelito Abellera Casimiro, director for PNP Directorate for Logistics yesterday led the led the blessing, turn-over of key and signing of deed of donation of the completed facilities at the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Office (NVPPO).
These projects are the Maringal Medical and Dental Clinic and the Our Lady of Piat Miracle Water Refilling Station.
Casimiro was accompanied by Cagayan Valley Police Regional Director Brigadier General Crizaldo Obispo Nieves.
“I hope that these facilities will inspire us more to serve the public well and look for their welfare, safety and security,” he said.
Casimiro said the clinic and its facilities and equipment are worth more than P1.1 million which was donated by his brothers, Aniceto, area manager of Island Pacific Supermarket and Anselmo.
The projects were promised by Casimiro to the NVPPO early last year when he was still the PNP Regional Director in Cagayan Valley.
