PALANAN, Isabela—In a ceremony marking a significant milestone in the nation's defense and disaster response capabilities, a total of 120 civilian volunteers graduated from the Basic Citizen Military Training (BCMT) Class 12-25 here on Thursday (November 13, 2025).
