QUEZON, Nueva Vizcaya (May 2)—In the culmination of the 52nd global observance of the Month of the Planet Earth 2022, FCF Minerals Corporation conducted a tree planting activity in neighboring Kasibu town.
The tree planting was initiated by the company’s Community Relations Office, Information, Education and Communication (IEC) section in Tadji village on April 29, 2022.
Tadji village chairman Smith Litawan with his council members spearheaded the activity in the community.
Meanwhile, James Carmichael, FCF country manager, urged the tree planting participants to take part in the preservation of the planet through tree planting.
The said tree planting activity was participated by 38 individuals who planted 100 guyabano seedlings within the Core Shelter compound of the barangay.
Guyabano and marang seedlings were also distributed as token to the participants. LEANDER C. DOMINGO
