LTFRB to launch ‘Libreng Sakay’ for govt workers in NVizcaya

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (June 20)—The Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB) and the provincial government here will be launcning the “Libreng Sakay, Serbisyong Tagumpay” for gov’t workers in the province.

Provincial Administrator Maybelle Blossom Dumlao-Sevillena said the launching of the program will be on June 23 at the provincial capitol which will be led by LTFRB Regional Director Edward Cabase and Governor Carlos Padilla.

“This program aims to help our commuters, especially our government workers in cushioning the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the continuing increase of oil prices,” Sevillena said.

Sevillena said this will also help the provincial government in saving its expenses on fuel utilization.

Since the launching of the Libreng Sakay, Serbisyong Tagumpay program of the national government in Cagayan Valley, thousands of commuters have already benefited, based on the report of the LTFRB.
