QUEZON, Nueva Vizcaya (March 16, 2024)โThe London-based FCF Minerals Corporation conducted its first-ever celebration of ๐ญ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐ on March 16, 2024 at the Runruno Gold Project site here.
Rodalyn Arcebal, FCF Information, Education and Communication supervisor, said close to 1,000 family members of the companyโs employees from as far as Mindanao joined the event anchored on the theme โ๐จ๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.โ
Arcebal said the event was organized and spearheaded by the companyโs Labor Management Council-Kalinga Committee and Human Resource Department headed by Vicente Sapinit.
She said the activity complies with the Department of Labor and Employmentโs Department Order 56-03, also known as the Family Welfare Program.
Arcebal added that the families participated in various activities prepared by the company which included a mine tour, parlor games, and game boots, among others, and explored the mine’s equipment showroom and booths showcasing its best practices.
Food carts and the mascot appearance of a fast-food chain were also part of the event adding fun and excitement to the whole dayโs activity.
