CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (May 3)—The provincial government of Isabela has launched the One Isabela Covid-19 Command Center (OICCC) to address the rising cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the province. Isabela Provincial Health Officer Dr. Nelson Paguirigan said the OICCC aims primarily to address an effective and prompt health referral system in the province particularly the Covid-19 patients who are under severe and critical conditions that need immediate medical attention in the hospitals.
