CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (August 18)—The local government unit of Cabatuan has activated 22 e-Learning stations in the locality in support of the implementation of blending learning by the education department.

Mayor Charlton Uy, who led the activation of the 22 e-Learning stations, said each barangay (village) has its e-learning station which learners can use starting October 5.

Uy said the establishment of e-Learning stations is an initial step the local government unit is implementing to help Cabatuan learners who will be engaging in blended learning.

He said another assistance is in the pipeline.

“These 22 e-Learning stations have internet connection that can be utilized by our learners in the locality for free,” Uy said during the launching.

Once the classes start, learners may use the facility for e-readings, research work and other assignments needed in their studies. PIA
