15 FCF employees complete housekeeping training

QUEZON, Nueva Vizcaya (December 1, 2023)—To enhance the capabilities of its workforce, 15 FCF Minerals Corp. employees have completed a housekeeping training program at the Runruno Gold Project (RGP) site here.

Rodalyn Arcebal, FCF Information, Education and Communication (IEC) supervisor, said these employees have undergone the extensive housekeeping training program that was crafted to enhance their capabilities.

The training was conducted in two separate sessions from November 15 to 17 and from November 22 to 25, 2023.

Carmen Acuña, a seasoned housekeeping assessor from Saint Mary’s University in Bayombong town noted that the training was “strategically designed to empower employees with advanced skills, ultimately elevating job performance.”

Acuña said the active engagement through interactive exercises was a focal point ensuring theoretical concepts were seamlessly integrated with real-world applications.

She added that during the training, participants actively immersed themselves in practical elements, including hands-on practice and simulations, throughout the training sessions, providing a comprehensive understanding. LEANDER C. DOMINGO
