QUEZON, Nueva Vizcaya (December 17, 2023)—Celebrating the Christmas season, the British FCF Minerals Corp. through the Social Corporate Responsibility partnered with the Nueva Vizcaya Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR) office during the 2023 Information Education and Communication (IEC) 4th Quarter Event from December 5 to 7, 2023.

Rodalyn Arcebal, FCF Minerals IEC supervisor, said the 4th IEC event was a heartwarming gift-giving activity benefitting some 878 children in Nueva Vizcaya including Quirino province, this time in collaboration with the IPMR office headed by Board Member Samuel Balinhawang.

Anchored on the theme ❞𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙢𝙜𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙤 𝙑𝙞𝙯𝙘𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙤,❞ Arcebal said this has resonated throughout the seven elementary schools in the towns of Santa Fe, Dupax del Sur, Ambaguio and Kayapa.

She said FCF also conducted the same activity in Barangay Don Mariano Perez in Diffun town in the neighboring province of Quirino on December 13, 2023.

“Believing that the true magic of Christmas is seen through the eyes of children, the gift-giving ceremonies took place in seven elementary schools in Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino provinces,” Arcebal said.

These schools were the Atbu Elementary School and Tactac Elementary School in Santa Fe town; Ganao Elementary School in Dupax del Sur town; Hukhukyong Elementary School in Ambaguio town; Kayapa East Elementary School and Kayapa West Elementary School in Kayapa town; and Eden Elementary School in Diffun, Quirino.
