The partnership, headed by Takato Senoo, Director of Verde Carbon Capture Inc., and Lawyer Mary Ann E.M. Tupasi-Saddul, President and Chief Executive Officer of RB Solano (NV) Inc., marks a significant step in expanding inclusive financial opportunities for the region’s agricultural communities.

Launched on May 29, 2025, the partnership was created to help farmers in the provinces of Nueva Vizcaya and Isabela by giving them better access to important financial services.

Tupasi-Saddul explained that farmers can apply for small loans designed specifically for their farming needs, making it easier to get the money they need to run their farms.

She added that opening an account has become easier, allowing more farmers to participate and that they will also receive training to help them learn how to manage their money wisely.

Additionally, the program ensures that funds are disbursed on time and includes various helpful financial tools to support long-term, successful farming, Tupasi-Saddul said.

“We believe this partnership lays the groundwork for empowering our farmers not only with financial tools but with the knowledge and access necessary to thrive,” she added.
