BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (June 17)—The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) has distributed a total of 2,383 patents to beneficiaries under the Malawakang Handog Titulo Program (MHTP).
