NVizcaya govt scholarship program produces more graduates

It all started with five scholars each from the 15 municipalities of Nueva Vizcaya in 2018 and came up with 69 successful college graduates this year under the Nueva Vizcaya Sagut Scholarship Program which now draws 300 scholars each year taking up various courses at the Nueva Vizcaya State University. According to Governor Carlos Padilla (middle in orange shirt), the scholarship was conceived with the purpose to help poor but deserving students, particularly children of solo parents, displaced overseas Filipino workers rebel returnees, persons with disabilities and orphaned, among others.
