Ilocos, Bicol universities boost biofuel R&D

DOMINGO ILOCOS NORTE (August 13)—The Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) and Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) will jointly promote sustainable bioenergy research and development (R&D) by pooling resources and expertise in leveling up bioethanol production. Field training officer cop shot dead

BAMBANG, Nueva Vizcaya: A police officer was shot dead by motorcycle-riding suspects on Saturday, August 13, 2022, a police report said. In a police short message service report from this town's police station, the victim was identified as Police Senior Master Sergeant Aldwin Aspacio James, 43, the field training officer of the said police station. James is a resident of Govt Center Subdivision in Baguio City.
