Governor Carlos Padilla said tiller and cultivator machines were recently given by the DA to the Bintawan Norte Farmers' Association (BNFA) in Villaverde, Kayapa Organic Farmers' Association (KOFA) in Kayapa and Vizcaya Fresh Organic Advocates Inc.
