BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (April 21)—The Department of Public Works and Highways ( DPWH) has started the improvement of a road in Santa Fe town to boost its coffee industry and help its farmers.
Engineer Glen Miguel, DPWH 2nd district chief, said they have started the construction of an access road at Balete Road connecting Dalacquit and Sinapaoan to the national highway to open up coffee trade and industry in these areas.
