DOLE officials handed P11,100 each to the 749 TUPAD as wages for rendering 30-day various community work. Most of the TUPAD workers were given a daily wage of P370, the minimum wage rate in the Cagayan Valley region while another beneficiary received P5,550 for 15 days of work.
