Dr. Edwin Galapon, provincial health officer, said that as of May 2, there were 342 active Covid-19 cases based on RT-PCR results with 16 new confirmed cases. He said the province also recorded a total of 2,563 confirmed Covid-19 cases since the start of the pandemic last year that peaked for the past nine weeks since March 1 this year and posted Nueva Vizcaya's positivity rate at 16.47 percent.
