Jose “Tam-an” Tomas in celebrating his 64th birthday with tree-planting activities. “Today marks another memorable day of my life as it has been my tradition whenever I celebrate [my] birthday,” said Tomas, a first termer vice-governor and presiding officer of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (provincial board).
