FCF Minerals gives recognition to 30 ALS graduates, learners

QUEZON, Nueva Vizcaya—The FCF Minerals Corporation here gave recognition to 30 Accreditation & Equivalency (A&E) graduates and learners during the recently held Graduation/Moving Up, Completion and Opening Program of the Runruno Alternative Learning System (ALS).
